• Your landlord/property manager's name, phone number, and email address.
  • Basic information about your household such as your address, monthly rent amount, types of income sources and income amount.
  • ​Names and dates of birth of all members of your household.


You WILL NOT be required to provide your Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).  There are no citizenship requirements to receive assistance.

RPUMC offers rental assistance for qualifying households through the King County Eviction Prevention Rental Assistance Program (EPRAP).

What You Need to Apply

In order to apply for rental assistance from EPRAP, you must register on the United Way of King County Rent Assistance Waitlist Form.  If you are selected to receive rent assistance funds, a Case Manager will contact you to complete your Registration.  Please monitor the email address and phone number you provided on your application to watch for this communication.  Please check your spam/junk folders to ensure you do not miss any communication from United Way or your Case Manager.

  • Your household MUST owe rent to your landlord at your current address.
  • Your current address MUST be in King County.
  • Your household must NOT have received rental assistance since 6/1/2021.
  • Your income MUST be at or below the 50% Median Area Income.
  • You MUST have been financially impacted by COVID-19 (including job loss, reduction of income, illness, loss of childcare, or increased costs).
